It is very rare to come across such a well maintained, well presented and carefully upgraded boat. Lady Eleanor was built for the Southampton boat show in 2002 and spec’d with about every extra you could order. Her build quality and finish is as good as you will find as obviously Jeanneau didn’t want to disappoint!

At the time she was built Jeanneau had a reputation for building strong seagoing yachts capable of handling pretty much anything you can throw at them, that combined with excellent owners accommodation below decks makes on excellent liveaboard proposition that has the ability to also be a great passage maker.

Owners comments:

We purchased Lady Eleanor in April 2017 and became her third owner, she was previously privately owned and was only lightly used, which showed in her very tidy condition. Since owning her she has become a Greek registered charter yacht and is still fully coded and up to date. We have enjoyed owning her and have constantly upgraded, updated and maintained her to high standards to modernise and further improve her already great condition. In the nearly 4 years that we have owned her she has been a delight to own and sail, although we worked her during the Greek summers, we have also used her privately as a family yacht. We have sailed Lady Eleanor 5,000 miles to Tenerife and back to Greece again in one winter! We can testify to her ability as a strong, comfortable sea going yacht. It will be an incredibly sad day when we see her go, however our circumstances and commitments for the future have changed and the need for such a large and lovely yacht is no longer there.

Although she is a charter yacht, it is noteworthy to mention that she was only used for crewed charter and we lived aboard her each season as our main bread and butter work has been day trips. In fact, she has only done one bareboat charter for 3 nights, and that was because we knew and trusted them, and the skipper had a yacht master and owned his own yacht.

Owners comments: The nav table area is great and the nav gear is an absolute delight, it makes sailing solo or short so easy, will steer pre-set course along multiple waypoints, mag, true or wind and auto tack under sail. The Axions are amazing, everything is interfaced properly into one another and can also use their own wifi networks, enabling you to even take control from your tablet. And you can listen to Spotify, watch Netflix and more on them.
